Terms of Service

Last updated 2 August 2026. These are current product terms in plain language. They require legal review, the operator’s legal identity, and paid-service terms before StayIQ opens public billing.

Using StayIQ

StayIQ is a research and operational workspace for short-term rental hosts and investors. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in line with these terms. You must be able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information.

Research, not professional advice

Revenue, occupancy, pricing, ROI, StayIQ Score, market insights and similar figures are estimates based on available inputs and assumptions. They are not promises of results and are not legal, financial, tax, lending, real-estate, insurance or other professional advice. You must independently verify any material information and obtain appropriate professional advice before making a property or business decision.

Your data and account

You remain responsible for the information you enter, import or share through your account, including having the necessary rights and permissions to use it. Keep your password confidential and do not share your account or attempt to access another person’s data. You can request an export or deletion of your account data from Settings > Privacy; requests are reviewed manually at present.

Data availability and integrations

Features can depend on data you provide or on third-party and licensed data providers. Availability, coverage and freshness may vary, and StayIQ may change or pause an integration where needed. Demo Mode uses clearly labelled synthetic examples; it must not be treated as live market information.

Plans and billing

StayIQ currently offers Free and Pro access levels. Pro checkout is not yet enabled in this build. When billing is launched, applicable price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation and refund details will be shown before payment, and payments will be handled through Stripe’s secure checkout and billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy data in a way that breaches applicable rights or laws, or use StayIQ to misrepresent yourself or harm another person. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with law.

Changes and support

StayIQ is evolving and features may change. We will update these terms when material changes are made, with the revised date shown above. Questions about the service can be sent through the Help Centre’s Contact Support form.
